Tony has worked in the Financial Services industry for over 24 years having started his career as a cashier with Nationwide in 1996. Since then he has worked in leadership roles at Barclays, RBS, Santander, Bank of Ireland, Lloyds and a range of smaller FS institutions and start-ups.
Tony speaks frequently in the UK & around Europe on the topic of Customer Experience and the impact societal change will have on the Financial Services Industry.
